As part of registration for Limitless Learning Collective, all families are required to review and agree to the following policies and release of liability. These ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all participants.
🔒 Behavior Agreement
Limitless Learning is a community rooted in trust, respect, and shared responsibility. To maintain a positive environment for all, each student is expected to:
- Respect the space, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants
- Engage with the program in a safe and appropriate manner
- Follow instructions from facilitators and adult leaders
- Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior
- Take responsibility for personal belongings and actions
If a student’s behavior becomes consistently disruptive or unsafe, families will be notified. Repeated or serious issues will result in temporary or permanent dismissal from the program, at the discretion of the program director. Refunds will not be issued for removal due to behavioral concerns.
🛡️ Release of Liability
By enrolling in Limitless Learning, families acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that participation in Limitless Learning involves indoor and outdoor activities, and I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my child’s participation.
- I agree not to hold Limitless Learning Collective, its staff, volunteers, or partner locations—including Church of the Nativity—liable for any personal injury, property loss, or other incident that may occur during program hours.
- I understand that I am responsible for ensuring my child is physically and emotionally capable of participating in a group learning environment and that my child is covered under my family’s personal health insurance.
🧾 Additional Notes
- Limitless Learning is not a licensed childcare facility. It is a supplemental educational enrichment program for homeschool families.
- All students must be digitally signed in and out by a parent or guardian unless written permission is provided.
- Parents are welcome to remain on site in designated spaces if desired.
